Body Fat Calculator (BFC)

What is it?

The Body Fat Calculator is a simple spreadsheet program that is compatible with Microsoft Excel (versions 97 and greater). It is an Excel workbook that allows you to track your Weight, Percent Body Fat, Body Mass Index, and Waist to Hip Ratio throughout your quest for better fitness and health. BFC is your own private database, and allows you to graph your progress over time and, therefore gives you important feedback and reinforcement.
